I just wanted to tell you about my amazing experience today.

My bedroom door came off this morning when the dogs managed to mess it up and almost destroy it and my husband was travelling.

I called and spoke to Diane Karperien who listened with sympathy and understanding and told me not to worry. Within one hour she had someone scheduled and called me back to confirm his name and time of arrival.

Seigfried arrived and he was professional, courteous and most of all skilled.

Thank you Diane and thank you all for your servicers in helping turn a terrible day into a wonderful day. It is so nice to see that service is still a priority with your company and I would not hesitate to recommend you and use you again.

I would like to just write and thank you for hooking us up with our Handyman, Don, who rebuilt our 2nd floor railing for us. He worked hard and took his time and built us a very beautiful and sturdy railing that looks a million times better than the one which used to be there. I wanted to write and say thanks because even though Don had some hardships in his personal like and had to work around our really tight schedule, he did not try to cut corners or rush things. He definitely took great pride in his work

Dear Sirs,

Andrew came to our office on a service call to repair one of our employee's credenza drawers. As the drawer was irreparable he simply changed drawer with another unused unit, which he graciously and kindly did at no cost. While here I took the liberty of asking him if he could take a look at the small conference table I have in my office and asked him to let me know if/when he could be back to repair it. Andrew said he would be back within the hour. He returned, and in a very efficient manner made the necessary repairs to the table.

Andrew's courteous disposition was much appreciated in our office; we will have no hesitation in calling him again should we require any further repairs.
